BRATWURST
Bratwurst also known as a brat in American English, is a sausage usually composed
of veal, pork or beef. Bratwurst is usually grilled or pan fried, and sometimes cooked in broth or beer. How the sausages are served is locally different, but most commonly they are regarded as a
snack served with or in a Brötchen (white bread roll made from wheat flour) and eaten with hot German mustard. As a pub dish, it is often accompanied by sauerkraut or potato salad. It is a very
popular form of fast food in German-speaking countries, often cooked and sold by street vendors from small stands.
CURRYWURST
Currywurst is a fast food dish of German origin consisting of steamed, then
fried pork sausage whole or cut into slices, seasoned with a hot spicy ketchup sauce and topped with curry powder. The dish is often served with French fries. Currywurst remains one of most
popular fast foods in Germany
SCHNITZEL
A Schnitzel is a thinly sliced pieces of meat without bones, that has been knocked
flat with a meat tenderizer. The mallet breaks down the fibers in the meat, making it tenderer, while the thinner meat cooks faster with less moisture. After this process the meat gets breaded
and panfried. In Germany this dish gets served with french fries or served in a bread roll from street vendors.
ROASTED CHICKEN
Hendl is the Bavarian word for chicken, most commonly in its roasted form. Hendln
are traditionally served in Bavarian beer gardens or at festivals such as Oktoberfest, and are generally eaten with a Brezen and/or a Maß of beer. They are also widely available from mobile
rotisserie trucks that park near well-frequented locations such as supermarkets or large parking lots.
PORK KNUCKLE

Goulash soup
is a soup or stew of meat (usually beef) and different vegetables, seasoned with
paprika and other spices. Originating from the medieval Kingdom of Hungary, goulashsoup is a very popular meal in Germany and mostly served with bread or a Brötchen (white bread roll made from
wheat flour) .
